The Role

Main responsibilities

Implementing and maintaining controls on financial and business processes for the Joint venture by considering manual of authority and intra-group policies and contracts as well as local rules and regulations

Working closely with supply, production, sales and marketing managers and with tax and legal support advisors, to ensure compliance of operations and goal setting

Close monitoring over the approved budget and required actions for closing the variation from the budget. Supporting the business in managing their cost

Providing regular monthly Shell group reports within the specific deadlines as well as managerial reporting

Group reconciliation, which requires a solid understanding of the operation models with both shareholders

Developing finance and administration team to support the, cash management, Inventories ( materials & finished goods) management, payroll, check payments, petty cash, tax declarations, statutory books, and audit process as well as company policies, performance management, organization chart and staff JDs
